By golly it works.

I had 2 cups one night and slept through my alarm, was 30 minutes late to work!

Dont think I have ever done that!

Especially on a SNRI, relaxing is key at the end of the day!

Anything with valerian and lemon balm is really calming on your system. I need some right now. LOL.

Edit. Camomile has a soothing effect as well.

oops, it's got valerian in it... my system didn't have a good reaction to that. (was in year 2000).

Hey mirage, sorry you cant do valerian....it is so soothing to me..

I posted a thread on LLC asking if you had a FB, it got closed, no explanation...

I dont think I broke any rules.

There is another tea I have seen, with no valerian...will look for it next time.
