Raw food is so very powerful especially if you can get organic or grow your own. If not, do the best you can and all raw food is powerful, especially greens.Faith brought up wheat grass. That is super powerful BUT a pain to do and tastes bad( but not that bad) Anyway, I found a supplement that has freeze dried wheat grass. It tastes terrible. I will tell you that but it is powerful. I was coming down with something and tried a few doses of this and it was gone. It is my second most powerful supplement. I have a lot of respect for it and the manufacturer of the company cured himself of Crohns. He was almost dead and he took himself out of the hospital at about 80 pounds ( 6'2") and he found a way to heal--Jordan Rubin. I have the supplement in my kitchen and will get the name for you, if you want. I get it on Amazon.It is 40 for a months supply ------------------
