Will leave a quick update in the Hearth & Home thread as some details were posted in there. T, listened to all three of them. The first one reminded me of a sunny day at the beach You know one of those days when the sun isn't too hot but just right and you soak it up while going for a slow stroll along the shore..very relaxing. The second one was interesting. Those frequencies cause little pulses to move through your body. It made me tingle from behind the neck into my back. I really liked that one. The last one reminded me of the first one but this time of a sunset at the beach. You should listen from the beginning to the end. Let me know what effect it had on you. I feel much better this morning, thanks. Blood sugar and blood pressure are down. As mentioned in the other thread, my kidneys will be ok with the right treatment. My diet will consist of many greens and wheat grass as a new addition. It all sounds a bit cryptic now but I don't want to jinx it by revealing everything until we see if it makes a difference. Thanks, again. Woke up about ten minutes ago just to see it's almost 2AM. Feeling rested out though. Lexx, it appears to be about finding the right balance.
