I take a b complex, sometimes in liquid form especially when I have enjoyed the vino a bit too much..

This morning I had a terrible reaction. I know niacin, which the liquid form has in it, can make you get red-faced and hot, which it did then I broke out in hives..

This has never happened to me!

Strange!

NO That is totally normal. Niacin does that, It opens the blood vessels. It happens to me all the time. In fact, it is good because it shows the complex is powerful, I think. Anyway, it is normal

Use a B complex with niacinamide instead. It doesn't cause a flush.

Google it. I get it all the time. It is funny because you get a flush everywhere, even your knees. Someone was at my house and freaked out how my legs had a huge rash on them
