I'll start Avacados - Everytime I have one I feel that I had something really healthy, and it makes me feel accomplished, (I am trying to gain weight ). I also make a smoothie of it and it tastes delicious <3 Cononut oil - Thinking of ordering another jar so I can have a spoon of it everyday Oranges Peaches!!! Please shares yours IP: Logged |

Great thread I love so many things. Hot peppers--the ones that make me feel like I died and was resurrected Padre taught me how to make oregano oil. It is the best thing I have ever made and I use it on salads. I used Cuban oregano from my garden. White tea--iced This is so gourmet tasting ------------------ Passion, Lust, Desire. I love green smoothies, arugula, broccoli rabe, broccoli sprouts, broccoli, broccolini...did I mention I like broccoli? Zucchini, too. I love fruit. I love goji berries, coconuts, sunflower seeds, soaked almonds... Quinoa, vegetarian sushi with brown rice, homemade pesto sauce over rice noodles... All my favorite foods are health foods, except french fries with ketchup and snickerdoodle cookies. IP: Logged |

I love mulberries!! Yum! They're super sweet and high in antioxidants and in fiber! I also love pineapples and apples to death.I like coconut oil and butter, and fresh (Italian) almond milk. The Italian almonds are truly raw and have that wonderful almondy taste and smell. The USDA require for all almonds grown in California to be pasteurized with propylene oxide :-0, so I avoid those. I love raw honey and stevia as alternative sweeteners. IP: Logged | |
