Life is really stressful, a lot of woman also don't know about how many birth control pills cause long term and not only short term side effects, mainly infertility!

so what to do, if you really want to try bringing a soul to this world?
Firstly try your best to make relaxation 'corners' for yourself, that other people need to respect.

Secondly try this,
red clover, for fertility!
Find some dried up red clover, and make a tea out of it. (Simply boil it, and it has to be the dried herbs).
This has to be drank daily, and usually takes a few month or up to a year to work.

Finally this is so random, but numerology-wise, it is rumored if you change your name so that it becomes a 33 using the Chaldean alphabet, this will make your wish of motherhood become true!

Hope this helps some.

My sister is trying to have kids, isn't sure if she can. She was on the pill a while and is off of it now.

Thanks for sharing. I also plan on getting her fertility gems for her up coming birthday rose quartz or pearls.

try this link to Stawr
http://natural-fertility-info.com/red-clover-fertility-herb.html

she has to go into the mindset where it doesn't matter if she does or doesn't, as that is the only way she'll really relax (this is also the paradox in the power of attraction, if we want it badly it won't happen, if we want it in an airy fairy way, and not care what happened, it happens...no idea why real detachment is key...but happens to me all the time when i truly no longer care and am not just telling myself, what i really want starts happening....life and it's wonders!)

Good luck to her! and yes get off the pill, god knows what is really in them, that infertility seems to have peaked in the human race after they become easily avaible in the market more than 50 years ago.

This from "The complete illustrated guide to herbs" by Non Shaw:

{{{for Infertility she has:
-For Women: Sage, Lady's mantle, and marigold. Marigold often helps in cases of blockage. Agunus Cactus for hormonal imbalance.

-For Men: Siberian ginseng and Sarasparilla.

-Cayenne if circulation is poor.

OTHER MEASURES:-
-In general, good diet/ exercise.

-diet should be low in animal fats, and high in fresh vegetables.

-zinc is the best nutritional supplement. pumpkin seeds, aduki beans, pine nuts, and wheatgerm are excellent sources of zinc. oats are also beneficial.

-smoking and alcohol can both reduce fertility.}}}

Good luck to her

Thank you NoRainNoRainbows and Randall!

Yeah she seems like she'll be fine either way and that she would consider adopting.

and it looks like she is starting to get her cycle regularly now.
