ARIES 16!! I want you to know that 'You are Not Alone'...! There are many people feeling this exact thing right now... through these particular astrological transits.... Some are having "Fear", that can span and open into terror. Don't freak out, okay? (Easier said?) Keep repeatedly coming back to your core-- your central deepest center-Self. 
You have entered our "twilight zone" haha!! There is nothing 'wrong' with you for having these experiences, okay-- so don't let self-criticalness and being Aware that you are self-Conscious become a harming factor in this! yes, this may "feel" a bit 'bizarre' but this could be that you 'sense' the Collective realm. Stay steady... and solid as you can. The 'experience' of the Heavens are busy, and the 'sense' is incredible right now! Re-define your 'sense' (like the Teacup Ride described below).
We are Having An "Ascending"... Hah! We are "moving Upwards via Voyage through and TO our Deepest Inner Experiences... You are "normal"....
Have you ever ridden amusement park rides --- like the Teacup type experience?
At first you feel all the whoosh to your body, and you feel all slung around.... but there comes a Point in the Experience of the ride where suddenly you can feel you are sitting in the cup, and you feel Perfectly Still in your little immediate bubble-space. All the rest of the visual experience looks like a smeared Beautiful Wall of Lights (especially riding in the nighttime).
Know... Check yourself during this experience of Flight (round and round)... You are 'still' okay. And in another moment you are now 'still' okay.... "Keep" your Experience within the personal immediate space created within the 'CabinInside' the ride... Look at the Walls surrounding.... Don't "think" the Danger... Experience the fantastic void in the voyage inside your teacup ride.
You've got the correct inner status.... Healing White Light and Inner Peace/Balance.
You have it WITH you. In you. All around you. Above, beneath, and to every side.
The "Fright" is like 'The Wall of Smearing Lights' --- Just wait, re-focus. Re-focusing is moment to moment. There is no Future moment or Past moment that holds the key element. You have not failed--- It's ALWAYS course-correcting EVERY moment.
"Be" ----- And with the Series of "Be" ,
KNOW--- You are Be-coming... all the while you Be-leaving this moment! Believe you are okay.... and when you're not, then KNOW that this is a signal that you are coming Back to yourself again....
