Has anyone tried regression for healing scars left from past relationships? I know regression is used to uncover issues buried in the subconscious but adult relationship scars could be in a different category. I ask because I have been told yet again (by a psychic) that I still bear the scars from a marriage that ended many years ago. This is despite me revisiting the issue many times and using a variety of techniques. I personally can't sense any residual debris as it were. IP: Logged |

I've heard that although you bring things up to deal with them and heal them; it sometimes focuses too much attention on the negative, and it is better to accentuate the positive.("Don't shovel out the darkness, just turn on the Light.") Have you ever tried Nightly Affirmations of Positive Intent? Something along the lines of "When I wake up I will have healed in this area" type of thing? Maybe "The Sun" would be a good healing Key?

Yes, have tried affirmations. I wrote about it in this thread: http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum28/HTML/001771-3.html Could give these another go with a different slant but really have no desire to at this point. I feel as if I need to try something new. Maybe psychotherapy type of thing. This is the kind of question that perhaps a tarot reading could help with, e.g. what kind of healing will work best now? Hi Astrokeen,I've also experienced scarring due to painful, long-term relationships. I found a psychotherapist who is also an energy healer, and it's been so helpful. I haven't seen her in a while, but I did see her once a week for about a year, and then once or twice a month for about half a year. That worked really well for me. IP: Logged |

Interesting link, I don't usually read things like that. Here is where Doux and I were discussing anxiety issues that kind of relates: http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum25/HTML/004473-2.html (Scroll to the bottom)

I have. For healing several things, but it didn't work... I'm either too alert, or fall asleep, it seems. I used to remember snippets, when I was just testing CD's and not being so serious about it all. As soon as I really want answers, I get nothing. I guess I've been trying too hard, but it's been four years. IP: Logged |

@ Violets, I too found someone who was a healer and a psychologist and saw her regularly for over a year but not as frequently. Her help was vital at that point and I couldn't have done without. She was a channeller as well and the explanations i received were fantastic. The healing that I am still being told I need must be at a different level, e.g., for me to be aware of hidden fears or self-worth issues, I suspect, but i could be wrong. @Teasel, you mustn't be self-critical about wanting to get ahead and be healed. That is a very positive thing but do give yourself time. It took me about 4 years before the gloom, for want of a better word, lifted. Are you getting any help from healers or other professionals? I couldn't have done it with CDs. IP: Logged |

I was just reminded of something. At the time my marriage ended, my father was very ill and I started visiting a healing group (I had done some training with in the past) to get distant healing for him. On the very first day I visited them, I got told by two of the more advanced healers that my chakras were spinning very slowly, which they said was indicative of depression. They saw this the moment they set eyes on me. Isn't that amazing? First, that people have the ability to see your chakras, and second, that they saw the same thing - the two healers were in different rooms and I met them a few minutes apart. IP: Logged |

I've been focusing on my chakras lately too. My solar plexus chakra, specifically, but I feel like all of them have become a bit out of whack (or more than just a bit). It's always a challenge for me to maintain a healthy energy balance, as there's a lot of muck that's built up for me over my lifetime. Let me know what you come across. If transiting Pluto is doing anything with your natal, that could be very helpful. Wishing you the best. IP: Logged |

I made a Transit for you and put it on this page: http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum11/HTML/009055-4.html The eighth post, right below the balloons and Arabic Parts. You will have to refresh the screen to make it visible. IP: Logged |

Thank you very much for this. How good of you! December, however, seems to be all positive. Nothing hints at a loss of any sort. Btw, how did you do this without DOB and place of birth? IP: Logged |

Place I fudged a bit on.I get a head-ache if I try to figure too long, although I could do it if I had to. Just don't waaaaant to. I can always do date by placement. I just open up my Ephemeris. Transiting Planets: Mars Conjunct Mars. Stationary Uranus Opposite. Pluto and the Moon Squaring. (I just looked at my AstroClock to find these.) I probably shouldn't have pushed it here, after all you'd been through. Weren't there Eclipses, though?
