I love this one scent and the drama a black candle brings in a room but I hear they drain your energy?

Is that true do you use them often?

Metaphysically, they do what I said above. But visually, yeah, they can draw attention.

Aw, damn. I meant to put the "thumbs up" emoticon on my post for this quote, not the alien.
More coffee, please.

Bahahahaha...!

Well, good. The Diatomaceous Earth wasn't working on them. Gotta keep the aliens out of my vegetable garden.

You guys had me giggling helplessly for about ten minutes with this.

Out of the Blue, alone in bed at two in the morning, just laughing at this...

You guys crack me up!

Guess we may need a Thread in support of the Alien StarSeed Movement.

In Rebuttal, I mean...

{Do you suppose Pink/Purple Candles would help? }

^ Hahahahaha!

Yes. Yes I do.
(For the record, lavender/light purple is my favorite color. Maybe it's helpful with aliens as well.)

Whoa, I had always thought of Neptune as being blue, but I suppose it is a sort of...erm...periwinkle, haha. Yes, very much like that! Weird that I never noticed it before. O_o

I purchased some black candles at Target the beginning of this year. I LOVED how it looked in the apartment with all of the black furniture! I noticed that while I was burning it I was watching a youtube blogger who is black trans-gender. I feel like during this candle burning I was letting go of some generational biases. I am a 10th generation Puritan on my mom's side. And my grandma's great grandpa fought in the confederacy.

While I consider my self progressive in many areas, it was good for me to hear hour long point of view, to keep my privileges' in check and to not carry on any lingering subconscious biases that may have been passed down.

I'm not sure. But I am starting to feel like good vibes can be constant work that is rewarding.

Black tourmaline definitely is in my experience though. I know black in general is suppose to be protective and "intimating" on on-lookers.

I also placed black pepper in bowls where all my vents are. I certainly need lots of good vibe work done living in an apartment and being able to hear other people so much.

I put black candle sticks on one of my wedding registries.

I've read that while black is protective, it is not one to use when seeking new opportunities.

Well fiancé's family had a cow that I put so many candles on the registry but it's like 'helloooo, it's YOUR SON that is never ready to own a house.' So why would I get all this stuff I don't know where to put!?
And yeah he can be involved and put stuff on the registry too.

We started our registries in February we were not planning on moving. But then March comes around and oh yes we have to move now because the woman that lived below us was a lunatic.

I started staying in our new condo in May with no internet. Because I work 5 days a week, so I chose 8 minute commute to work over internet.

So fiancé was handling the registry. He of course took most of the candles off the crate and barrel, but not the bed bath and beyond. heehee...heeeeh!

I still got stuff. But yes I got lots of candles too. Not the black candle sticks though. But I mean, it's not a big deal I can get them my self if I want them bad enough. I loved opening all the candle's in front off his tight wad family faces at the shower!!

I got a black Yankee Candle called Summer's Night. It smells a guys deodorant.

They last time I burned black candle sticks was in quarantine.

I was dealing with anger issues with my boss. This school year was amazing with her. She even planed a work bridal shower with me.

I saw candle sticks in all kinds of colors at Mejers today.

I'm trying to alternate between candles EO's and incense.

Right now I am working with coffee EO....might explain my sleep problems a little. But I typically shut off the EO warmer around 5pm.

This is the second time I've ever used black candles. I could sleep with out taking an edible or Benadryl...for the first time in God knows when.

I should really stock up on some more. I like them better than white candles I feel.

I think black candles are my number 1!
