I am a very happy positve person..latly i dont know what it is, im just sad and down for no reason. Im at empath and im good at keeping others emotions away, and at first thought it was someone else emotions but its not.i know im going through a spiratual transformation..and mayb its that, i need a guide or someone whos gone thru this stuff to talk to

I've felt that way for quite awhile also....searching for someone to guide me along or tell me what I'm doing is right or wrong!

I found help here n there but never found the guidance I really wanted!
What is your relationship like with your father n mother?
Are they there for you and want to listen, were they as a child?

Well my dad use to work and think paying bills was all he had to do as he would come home for dinner after work, verbally abuse my mom and then leave and go to bars all night. My mom was a loving mother who provided Love but would be preoccupied trying to see what my dad was up to, and in her own world always.

Now divorced for thankfully 10 years, she is selfish and mentally still unstable from him and my dads misrable, and very negative and mean..i think that sums that up

Your doing the same thing I did, I never had any foundation at home either! It creates a need to look outside ourselves for our foundation and guidance because we were not taught how to provide ourselves with security.
We are fearful of our decisions because we never got any feedback on our thoughts, nobody took the time to say your doing it right, good job!
We don't have confidence in ourselves to make the right decisions and we are still looking for someone to parent us. We just want some guidance, love and support like everyone else got? Is that really so much to ask for??
No, it isn't!
But sadly, we are not going to get it!
It's just something we must accept and the sooner we accept it the sooner we can start healing and building our own foundation! We can make it better than they would have done it!!

I wonder what your chart placements are, there is a lot of empaths right now that are feeling an energy that is very draining and dark! Your not alone!

I've been where you are, it's not easy....your root chakra is a very good place to start! We need grounding and to feel like we belong somewhere...it is hard feeling like your floating along with no place or person that makes sure your ok or holds you down securely. We just have to build our own support system and make our own grounding!
I've managed to do this through meditation, using healing stones, astrology and finding my own relationship with God and allowing myself to connect to my higher self for support to know I belong here, even if nobody loved me as a child...God never stopped loving me! I never stopped loving me either...even if I didn't feel it immediately.
