Not for me or for my husband...but I'm not abnormally tall or anything, and he's about 6'1". I've noticed that most tall people I know can do push-ups just fine, just as an example.

I'm not sure about the technicality of all of it, it might be a little harder than it is for shorter people, but I haven't noticed that personally.

Slightly more difficult, it also depends on upper body strength but with training and consistency nothing is difficult.
