Activated charcoal is good for...uh...those days when you've eaten too many beans.

It's also known to be good for whitening teeth (although you wouldn't think so, as it initially turns your teeth black, since it is charcoal after all), but it works.

Note: Make sure that if you're going to do any of this, you use ACTIVATED charcoal, not the stuff from your barbecue.

Also, lemon balm is good for an upset stomach or nervous tension in general. Drink it in a tea, or just eat the leaves.
