I am an earth void and super high in air so I am high strung. I get basil from my garden and juice it and it feels like a medication, not that I have taken them, but if I went to the doctor, they would give me one

I used to make St. John's Wort for my ex.

Tincture & Herbally Infused Oil, used for Massage Therapy.

There are precautions, however.

Until I stop drinking coffee, I really can't speak to what actually works and what doesn't.

But I do know that Holy Basil works for me really well. But I have to buy it in capsule form. :-/

I never did St Johns Wort. I discovered basil by accident. One day, I was low in greens so used it and I got so calm. Then, I Googled it and it does that.

Tulsi tea is the same thing, and I keep meaning to try it!! God, I've been such a mess, on and off. My aunt suggested it to me in September 2009! And I only tried it once. I'm too attached to my regular tea, and was too stupid to replace it with this. I also have the stomach issue, though - I didn't want to be throwing it up.

I'm also trying Rooibos tea - Vanilla flavoured.

Kombucha really helps your stomach. It is a gift from God, teasel!

how do you make it, with a juice extractor?
do you drink it straight or mix it with others ingredients?

BUMP!
I have an EO blend with basil. I put it on my stomach when I'm cramped. (blended with lavender and pepper mint) The blend is called "Let Go"
I love basil in cooking. Mmmm on a pizza! Mmm in pesto!

I am very open to trying a basil ice tea. I went to Costco last weekend so I currently have no space for the ice tea pitcher.
