Been rather fatigued lately, and currently very weak and shaky. I've also been having headaches at about the same time everyday, sometimes of migraine intensity.
My first thought was low blood sugar, but I'm fairly sure I eat enough to keep up with my metabolism. Anyone willing to help me get to the bottom of this?

What time?

What are you doing before that time?

Sometimes you get headaches from one eye being stronger than the other. Staring at a computer too long can bring eyestrain as well.

If you are a student, could it be that you need a break?

Also, are you eating right?

I used to pass out from blood tests, and they would give me kool-aid when I came to.

I don't know why I always do that, but I do.

If you have symptoms at the same time, check the Chinese medicine clock which has each organ working more strongly at a certain time. Do you know how people will say they awake at 3 AM. I think that is the liver. What time is yours and tell me what you find.

Also, raw food and wheat grass heal the body. Chinese Medicine does not need a diagnosis as does Western Medicine.

Try an iron supplement. Make sure it's not ferrous sulfate. You should notice the improvement in a day if that's the problem, which I suspect it is.

Ellynlvx it's usually in the early evening ane concentrated on one side of my head, like vein going from my eye to the base of my skull is throbbing. And I just ended the semester, fairly sure I eat right and ruled those possibilities out.

Ami that's interesting, I will check it out.

Randall, that makes so much sense! I'll see if that's the case.

sometimes people get headaches from being dehydrated, are you drinking enough water?

peppermint oil can ease headaches pains sometimes. I rub it on spots my head aches sometimes, and then I'll take a shower later and when the water hits the places the head is aching, you will get a tingling sensation.

Be well Cancer/Scorpio729

Find out which acupuncture meridian goes through there--maybe liver or stomach.

Oh I meant to ask about your teeth, or inner ear.

I used to get ear infections when I was young (never got out of the water, no matter how much wind, ha) and I would often have ear trouble that sounded a bit like that.

Thank you all for your input, I'll refer back to these if I feel unwell again. Reading about all of these was such fun

It has improved, now the headaches only happen occasionally. I'm also tempted to think it has to do with the whiplash from my recent-ish car accident, but we'll see.

Oy.

My Son fell off a waterfall two months ago, and broke a bone.

Thank Heaven that it was the best one it could have been.

You don't want to go messing with any of the nerve channel areas.

Well, he never had a problem eating right, so he has one strong constitution.

Thank Heaven.

Not to mention Mountain Goat Rising.

He climbed all the way back to the top afterwards.

All the Men in my immediate Family are SuperMen.

Good Thing.
