Incorporating warm water with lemon juice into your diet is an easy way to meet the daily recommended allowance for vitamin C and keep your body functioning smoothly.
According to Ayurvedic philosophy, choices that you make regarding your daily routine either build up resistance to disease or tear it down. Let’s build up our body with these 12 reasons why we should be drinking lemon water every morning.

1. Boosts your immune system
Lemons are high in vitamin C, which is great for fighting colds. They’re high in potassium, which stimulates brain and nerve function. Potassium also helps control blood pressure.

2. Hydrates the lymph system
This cup of goodness helps start the day on a hydrated note, which helps prevent dehydration (obviously) and adrenal fatigue. I've been drinking fresh lemon juice (with pulp) for the last few days and there is some promising signs that it is indeed effective.

Just the first sips then i'm ok ^_^

I order it from a hotel restaurant they add sugar and water to the lemon, i'll make it on my own if i see it continuing to be effective.

I LoVe lemons to high heaven but can definitely feel them wearing away something on the surface. Sucks.

I have added recently with my lunch - fresh lemon in lukewarm water with honey, salt and pepper.
