My immune system is so low at this time, every small sickness is taking 4-5 weeks to go away.

Yes, Stress level is quiet high, which is normal part of my life.

How could I improve it - not to be so sick.

Thanks for all help!

Make your body more alkaline.

Get a "zapper" they cost way too much BUT you can get one from Indian Maid products for about 35$ or get a friend or make one yourself.

it puts out little electrical impulses and slays parasites. i have one and use it often. It also helps with pain...sort of a mini TENS unit.

Up your B and C vitamen intake

I will add fruits as part of daily meal.
However I like cooked vegetables, I do not enjoy raw veggies.

Thanks!

Sometimes we need to express emotions that build up as a result of the frustrations of having stress... ?

Along with improvements and additions to your physical health habits, how about enjoy some stress breaks?

Have a good cry, spill some tears... Yell a little bit at all the restriction you feel around you. Or imagine a blanket to bundle up your pores so you don't leak out but lets you breathe. Imagine a big solar blanket around you to draw in the good rays of the sun during the day, and radiates warmth and holds wholeness during the nights.

When I was a single mom with two young children, and holding down a job, with social obligations, a couple times a month I'd schedule-in what I personally called a 'Dying-Duck Fit.' After the kids were asleep, for about 20 minutes I'd directly and squarely face the accumulation of stressors. I'd give in, and rant, rave, and cry my eyes out-- The key (for me) was to purposefully over-dramatize. Provided cleansing contrast.

My 'perfomance' wasn't so loud that it would awaken anyone, but certainly, it was energetically dynamic. Balanced things a bit more.

Put some dance music on, or sad songs that match, and just let go.

Hope you feel better soon.

Thanks mirage29!

You are absolutely correct, I did it recently once, I screamed, cried - while driving to work. By the time I reached office, I was lighter and felt much better.

Need to do it more often!

Keep the peel on the cucumbers. It has silica in it, which the body uses to build elastin and collagen.

Thank you! I am adding apple without peel. I heard that has iron.
So why not to eat apple peel?

You can eat them if you wash them vigorously. They are covered in pesticides, and it's difficult to wash it all off. Rinsing (like most people do) won't work.

Olive Leaf extract works for me. I squirt a dropper full into my juice every day for maintenance or when I feel a bit susceptible. You may need to take it differently if you are already stressed.

The olive tree is naturally disease resistant. The leaf, not the oil, has the health benefits for strengthening your immune system.

Organic only. Thin skinned fruits and veggies absorb toxins.
