So, I have recently ordered a super easy to use blender!
It is due to be delivered in 10 days (hooray!); and I was just wondering if anyone had any quick/tasty/nutritious smoothie or drinks recipes that they would like to share?

Links and descriptions welcome

I'm in love with this smoothie

1 x Banana
1 tablespoon of vanilla protein powder
2-3 tablespoons of raw oats (not pre soaked)
1 tablespoon of almond butter
Handful of goji berries (soaked)
Half a cup of water
As much soya milk as desired

- blend until smooth and then put in the fridge!

That's literally my breakfast every morning

Just wing it!

Start with a little juice and add frozen fruit, yogurt, greens, ground nuts, etc....
anything, really.

It will all taste good, and be different every time.
You'll get the hang of it. Just use up whatever you have in the house.
