So, I have recently ordered a super easy to use blender! It is due to be delivered in 10 days (hooray!); and I was just wondering if anyone had any quick/tasty/nutritious smoothie or drinks recipes that they would like to share?Links and descriptions welcome IP: Logged |

Just wing it!Start with a little juice and add frozen fruit, yogurt, greens, ground nuts, etc.... anything, really. It will all taste good, and be different every time. You'll get the hang of it. Just use up whatever you have in the house. IP: Logged |
