I know that several of my friends on here suffer from stomach ills, as I do.I am pretty good, now, unless I overeat. I overate rice two nights ago. URGGG My stomach was really bad. I am fasting now but was really hurting today and tried organic tumeric. Man, it is a miracle. I wanted to share it with you  ------------------

I'm a vegetarian, I eat a lot of vegetables, pasta, rice,beans, and i just sprinkle a little turmeric in all of these, as it has health benefits. It works best when pepper is added with it. I have never had any health problems.IP: Logged |

It's not for the taste, I just sprinkle a little, I heard that
the health benefits increase when used with pepper. I don't use enough to alter the taste of what I cook.IP: Logged |

Organic Indian tumeric, that is.
You can get it in the gel caps as a supplement and take apart the capsules to mix them in your juice.IP: Logged |
