I've just started meditating again, it's been two years since I did last time.I light sage incense, I circle myself with an assortment of various crystals and hold amethyst, I have the lights off and eyes shut, focusing on my breathing and keeping my head clear. While meditating, I usually at some point see an eye. It's a human eye with an eyebrow, just looking around. I don't see any colors to it, it's just in black and white. It doesn't really make me feel any particular way, just aware, aware of it and it's presence. I've googled it before and it seems to be a common thing but I can't really find much info or explanations for it. Any ideas? Anyone else experience this? IP: Logged |

I swear I used to see 2 Red-Iris eyes when I used to close my eyes for long periods of time, back in the day. It always kind of made me wonder.. lol. It was just the eyes though.. No eyebrows.. Just blackness, and 2 red eyes.. Although, they weren't just eye-balls without a frame.. Like, they definitely had an Eye-Frame to them.. Weren't just round.IP: Logged |

Mine is definitely and undoubtedly a human eye. It doesn't seem or feel threatening or anything. It's just there. IP: Logged |

I actually had something different pop up when I meditated yesterday. During my meditation, I envisioned that I saw myself sitting there meditating but with my eyes open. A snake came up to me from the left and as it slowly passed me it raised its head to my level, eyes parallel to mine. It seemed as though it was trying to intimidate me. There was a pole in front of me that stood to my height as I was sitting. It slithered and wrapped itself up the pole and leaned its head in toward me, flicking its tongue. I asked "Who are you?" It responded with "I am the one you cannot see." Just figured I'd share that, I found it pretty interesting. IP: Logged |
