It can become a petri dish for yeast, especially if you have a lot and anything sugary with it.

I had 2 really bad months with terrible yeast and did not know why, until a yoga teacher told me.

This is sooooo important that I wanted to pass it on.

He said some people are not as susceptible it, but many are!

Thanks for this tip. I use it a lot, can't imagine using it in anything sweet though.

So, question! Is roasting the garlic in olive oil bad or good for curing yeast in the stomach? (Had some the other night after reading your other post and found it delicious!)

A little olive oil may be Ok, but the yoga teacher said to use coconut oil.
