I am having issue during sleep. I could not take nap in day time. I go to bed around 10:30pm and around 2:30 am I wake up and then I could not go back to sleep.

What could I do to have a continuous sleep?

Thanks!

Yogurt or milk can help with sleep quality Yogurt as a Bedtime Snack for Insomnia

Caffeine can disturb sleep quality, sometimes even withdrawing from some medicines can disturb sleep quality.

I don't drink milk from years. It is hard to start.
Yoghurt without sugar is part of every night meal. Taking from years. No Help!

Yesterday, I slept without anything, the whole day/night yesterday. I was awake for almost Mon-Fri.
Though I got magnesium, and I will start from tonight.

It relaxes muscles, leading to a very deep sleep.

Yes, getting good sleep.
Day before yesterday, I woke up around 1:30am and I took 1 more Magnesium and after that I slept well.
Then I was little drowsy in day.

Is that ok, to take an extra if I woke up in midnight.

Yes, if you take too much it will just upset your stomach.

Make sure to take it at least one hour before meals or two hours after. It neutralizes stomach acid, so never take it unless on an empty stomach. Most other supplements should be taken after a meal.

Yeap I try not to pick stress from work.
I take shower after coming home to reduce it.
However, magnesium is helping me a lot.

Thanks!
