Check your transits. There's sure to be a reason you are feeling this way. You could try a sea salt bath to clear your negative energy. Maybe a tincture of St Johns Wort to lift your spirits. Plus positive affirmations. Spirit comes in on the breath, so make sure you are breathing freely, no obstructions, no chemicals, no cigarettes, no pollution, no allergies, etc. Deep breathing excercises enlarge and strengthen your lungs. Try a playing a wind instrument, something easy like the Native Anerican Style Flute pentstonic scale in F# minor tuning, where the notes resonate with your DNA.
