Wow its curious what you say about the eyes because here in Spain in the past, priests from catholic church use to tell to children in school that if they masturbate they will become blint. When I heard it from people who went to catholic schools I just thought it was something to scare them. Obiestly nobody will get blint because of sex. But its curious to see that maybe there was some truth hidden there and that you have better vision if you have total abstinence. Do you have any book recomendation for learning how to transform your sexual energy to be enlightened?

I don't miss having sex with someone because I have so much of it with myself Honestly I think there are benefits to both: having sex and not having sex. It depends on where you are contextually. And the definition of "sex" should be extended. Its too limited. As not synergetic exchanges need to be penetrative.
