I've heard adding pineapple to the diet helps. My mom also owns some kind of natural ointment that smells like bananas. I'll have to get back to you on the brand.

I had a really nasty bruise on my shoulder. The other day I put on a new lotion before bed and when I woke up the next morning the bruise had faded significantly. I looked at the ingredients and noticed that it lists witch hazel as one of the top ingredients. I searched it and apparently witch hazel does help fade bruises. I was impressed how much it faded after one application.

Best to prevent them by taking Vitamin C with rose hips and bioflavanoids.

Unfortunately, processed OJ isn't all that good for you. They suck out all the oxygen to give it a long shelf life, but it also removes all the taste, so they add orange flavor to it.

Not to mention pasteurization killing the enzymes. Basically, it's orange flavoring and sugar.

Adding fresh lemon juice to water or tea helps bruises to absorb faster.

yeah it is so gross to think about how most oj is made.

I love getting lemon with my water now, and squeezing it in.

I love going to middle eastern places. Where I can pay someone else to use a juicer and wash it after.

I own a juicer, but I have to make sure I feel like washing it immediately after.
