Recently I got an issue in walking that my right side hip and knee is giving lot of pain. The Chiropractic xray mentioned that my spine is twisted to left side and my left side is little higher than right side.

Taking some Chiro adjustment sessions, not sure if it is curable or Yoga could help in it.

We have had threads here on 'Scoliosis' with good recommendations.... You might want to use the LL GoogleSearch to dig those up.

Took a break from PT for last few months in absence of insurance.

Now going back to PT soon, got insurance from my workplace, PT works as long as I keep doing exercise.

However, I heard that main issue is blood flow, when blood does not circulate well in body, this could happen. As I got now frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, and pain even my fingers, toes, knees all got issues.

I just joined Hot yoga and Hot sauna, I will see how it goes.

Will reduce weight first and bring some flexibility by Yoga.

Doing Infrared Sauna 3-4 days a week and taking food in limited hours ( for e.g. 10:30 - 7:30 PM)- lost around 9-10 pounds in 2 months.

That is helping little to walk.

Thanks!
