Rheanna -- RE your question about rebirthing.

I've witnessed re-birthing techniques being used before in workshops in the late 1970s.

They gave me a turn, but, I can't remember it at all~~ Just that they have a person lay on a mat, and two people lift the upper body up-and-down really fast for a few minutes? (Was like doing a sit-up).

I havent been in that Ashram and I don't know Sondra Ray.

But I did experienced Rebirthing.
I received it form people who were following Leonard Or teachings about it.

My experience was really good. Its phisically very exhausting thou and can be scary too because it makes your mind slow down and you may feel you are not in control , and its scary at the beginning.

Thats why you need someone you trust next to you, because that person have to make you feel you are just breathing and nothing bad can happen and you have to feel that person can help you and kmows what is doing.

If you find someone like that then its really a healing experience. Some old things from your life may come back to you but if you are prepared to face those things then its good.

I totally recomend it.

Just... when I did that I was 18 years old, and that people even if they were good people , made me believe they were kind of Gods or ' my gurus' and tried to manipulate me about a lot of things, and control everything I was doing.

But that wouldnt happen to me now. Also it has nothing to do with the therapy which was amazing.

Just... in this kind of environments if you are too vulnerable you find sometimes people who isnt ok too, and wanna control you too much. But about the therapy I just have good things to say about.
Also if you do it under water its amazing and more powerfull.

I am sorry that your rebirthing experience was not memorable enough for you to remember. I haven't experienced it yet but from what I read it should be a powerful experience.

I am sooo sorry to hear about your childhood experience, especially the abusive part with your mom.

Have you healed the young Mirage within you? Have you nurtured her needs to grow?

Both my parents were orphans, so as much as they love me, they could not express their love. With my mom, there were periods where the young me needed to play the adult role. The decision maker. I have learned to make peace with myself. Perhaps I used to be her mom in other life times.
