I am an actress and I was wondering if enlightement is possible when you are in that profession.

I always felt it helps me to understand other people, it expandes my mind. But lately I am having to act an scene where I am kidnaped and raped.

So I have to focus on very negative emotions of fear, rage... and I have to feel it for real to make the audience believe it too.

At the same time I am reading books which says that in order to be truly enlightened you need to get ride of all negative emotions.

Then... without any negative emotion I couldnt be an actress because any story is just about just happiness.

On the other side... I am very happy with what I do, and of course the emotions I express I feel it for real but arent actually something I have on my real life. So it doesnt get stock inside of me. Also it makes me realize about how unreal our negative emotions are.

I don't know if someone here can understand that it may sound weird if you never acted professionally.

I will be happy to hear answers from anyone , actor or not!

Sometimes scripts are full of very very bad words!
So... does it give a marc to the ethers? In my script I have to say phrases like wishing some people will die and hard things like that.

I was just thinking about it the other day. It would be very necessary to say CANCEL!

Since I read that in Linda's book I stoped saying ' tomorrow I am gonna be sleepy' or ' It wont go well I cant do it'
And I am surprise about the powerfull effect it has.

Lots of things went way better in my life just because I said with conviction ' I think we will do it amazing' and it happened.

I think that is something Aries people naturally have. That kind of conviction. I am not Aries but I admire that from them.

Sorry, going back to the topic, yes I think I should say cancel after a hard scene.
But I think also sad scenes are beautifull because somehow it represents all aspects of being human.

Sorry I haven't check this lately bcs I was traveling.

Wow you spoke about lots of things! I loved it all.

So... about salt himalayan lamps yes I have a lot of them at home, it brings very good energy.
About christian believes, I did have chirstian believes in the past, very strongly , even if my family are not religious at all.
In fact I enetered a convent when I was 18 , and lived there for a year.
But then I didnt feel I fit there and I got disapointed with some things so after it I got into hindusim a lot and started yoga and meditation practises.
That is what I do now, but still when I am very overwhelmed by emotion its difficult for me to pray or to meditate.

About scorpion in my astral chart, I do have a lot of influence of scorpion, yes. I am so curious why did you ask?
Also I have something which I think its kind of bad but I am not sure, I have scorpion in the 5th house and also in pluton.
Something like that. I did my chart long ago and I remember that.

Also I have some ' conjunciones' (sorry I dont know that word in english but must ve similar) with scorpion I dont remember which ones eheh...

About music, its so so interesting what you say. I always felt that some of the music you hear in the clubs or in the stores it poisons you somehow. I thought it was a crazy thought of mine.

But really some of the most listened music nowadays, like... for example some Rihanna's songs ( sorry for her she is a great singer) but her music sometimes really makes so sad in a weird way. Also other music like that.

And I also feel that some.movies and tv poisons you a litle bit too. Like that cheap movies where everything is solved by killing someone or where the characters kill people all the time.
I dont know I feel those things even if its something small it ends up having an effect on your mind maybe if you watch those things often. What do you think?
