Inhale camphor(Kapoor) in the raw to destroy germs in your system. You may also light it in your home every evening to keep negative energies away. Some also see benefits of adding 2 cloves to the lamp.
If you are stepping out of your homes, you may carry it in your pocket to safeguard you. It is inflammable so be careful.
2. Apply vicks vapor rub to chest and back. Or even Tiger balm or any muscle rub. It too contains camphor and brings relief.
3. Slightly increase your turmeric usage when cooking curries or veggies than usual. Turmeric is anti inflammatory . Some even add it to warm milk and drink
4. Make sure to add vinegar, Balsamic example to your salad. Also you can add vinegar to your rice when its cooking.
5. Drink green tea or caffeine
6. Canola or any other oil is inflammatory-- for next few days just use Olive oil.
7. Eat 4-5 basil leaves daily to boost your immunity.
Last tip on prevention: If you are short of masks, make one out of Brauny's paper tower, one kleenex and two rubber band. Fold it into thirds and staple the ends . when you wear it , stretch those folds.
Post script: You immune system health is not built overnight. Just as Olympians prepare every day prior to the Olympics games. So must you prepare your immune system to deal with attacks on your body of unknown origin, with good discipline and practice of the foods you eat. Your body is made of bones ,flesh , and, blood, and its health is made up of what you eat.
