All our current/previous vets have various answers. It seems an opinion usually drives their answers. Though I have read grapes, cherries similar can be toxic. I know avacado is dangerous.
I think pumpkin too. I forgotten. But once I was told it was ok years back - learned that was wrong. They do use cranberry in some kitty snacks for bladder.

And just because they may like something, doesn't mean it's good for them. My cat will try to lick the cashew "milk" based chocolate ice cream left overs, and chocolate is fairly toxic to cats.

I supplement my cat's cat food with non salted sardines. I try not to give her too much of these, because even the non salted ones have somewhat high sodium levels for cats being an ocean food. Occasionally give her a bit of raw Alaskan salmon as well. Regular cat food is the holistic trader joes brand. Not the best, but definitely not the worst.

Must be doing something right though, because she is about 15 and will still run up trees, play around like a hyper kitten at times, and generally seems in pretty good shape for a cat her age. She also gets A LOT of love and a lot of fresh water. Rather than have a bowl of water on the ground or the like, we have one of our bathroom sinks dedicated to her water bowl, and constantly refresh it with fresh well water. She can jump there just fine, but lately her and I have gotten into the habit of her jumping up onto the toilet and have me pet her a bit and pick her up, hold her for a bit before putting on the sink. She's a bit spoiled; she just likes/wants the attention. She truly is my fur daughter.
