Why not? I knew it was two women, but I am used to androgynes and unisex looks. And how do we know how "she acts". None of our business.IP: Logged |

Actually, I think the majority of lesbians prefer more feminine appearances (just like many gay men want someone who looks and acts like a man). It's not universal of course (and heterosexuals can like a girly guy or extreme tomboy, too). Naturally, it's possible that the femme is bisexual, too, who simply doesn't care one way or the other. Well said! I am a bearded/mustached woman (I usually keep it under 1/2 inch at most and it is light now, unlike when I was younger, and not as thick now either, and try to remember to trim mustache before its sides get caught in my teeth lol) and have attracted men and women heterosexual, gay and or Lesbian. I think personality counts more than looks to some folks too.

('Course that's nothing compared to Newt...) ETA: for those who don't get it, he's Kirk Cameron, an extreme fundie that's into Creationism and frequently speaks out in promotion of antigay bigotry. The pic is mocking him, not endorsing his message. IP: Logged |

I would be an example of that. But I've always found the androgynous to be especially intriguing, sometimes sexually so. While I'm potentially attracted to anyone the masculine women and feminine men seem to draw me the most (especially when I was younger). I suspect this is me trying to balance my "male & female" roles within (and growing up I've always had a foot in both boy & girl world). OTOH, maybe I just look for people who are "different" enough to appeal both to the taste of the exotic Sag loves to the mental stimulation Libra loves (both very strong in my chart). IP: Logged |

I met him in 1973 when he was in the play "Arsenic And Old Lace" starring with Helen Hayes and Sylvia Sydney. He was very nice and yes very fascinating! Met Leonard Nimoy in 1981 at Kent State. He was very kind and gentle, and get this; "funny" ! What a sense of humor!
