Amazon, Randall. I am just ready to get some more. You need a really good one cuz you don't want oils/butter to be inferior. I read reviews on everything and do try different ones that have great reviews. It is totally amazing. It makes anything gourmet such as a simple pot of beans lol ------------------ Want to Read Simple, Fun,Sexy Articles on Astrology? Check Me Out, DUDE. http://www.mychristianpsychic.com/

I'm confused, I thought "ghee" referred to clarified butter? I only eat organic grass fed butter though when I am eating butter. IP: Logged |

I'm confused because I thought what made ghee, ghee, was that it was clarified, not just that it was organic grass fed. I don't know, maybe ghee has to be organic grass fed but doesn't it also have to be clarified? I thought the clarification process was what specifically made it ghee?IP: Logged |

Clarified butter is when you make the butter clear but heating/boiling it and removing the milk solids (that come to the surface and can be skimmed off). IP: Logged |

Ghee is a clarified butter product. Without the milk solids butter does not burn at high temperatures. When you clarify butter made from organic grass fed milk then you are starting out with a superior tasting base. I would just heat up the whole container's worth and eat it in one sitting, ooh the taste! IP: Logged |
