Love love love a croque madam for breakfast or a lunch.

Grilled ham and cheese, with melted cheese on top with an egg on top of that, say what one will about the French..THAT is grilled cheese done right

Anyone else try one? Or make them at home?

Padre, what kind of egg goes on top? Scrambled or fried? I never heard of it or saw it on a menu.
