Cool, V. Thanks for the report. I just bought some grass fed, really good dried beef sausage and am gonna add just a bit to flavor soups. I am a vegan, pretty much, but soups and greens go up a notch with meat for flavoring, so I think this will go over, over the top with this. Since, you already have a husband, this didn't get you one ------------------
