He has saturn and chiron in the first and a stellium intercepted in the 7th! Plus his chiron opposes uranus and pluto in the 7th and are intercepted. This opposition forms a tsquare with mars in the 11th..

Saturn and chiron in the first would make him someone with a really low self esteem, timid and reserved and cautious; he probably lacks confidence in forming and maintaining relationships and odds are he is terrified of getting hurt in addition to lacking confidence...he might even feel he doesn't deserve love or that nobody deserves him or the other way around as he has virgo intercepted in the 7th so it may not appear this way but he may be very picky when looking for a girlfriend and sees potential friends as threats in his quest for love.

If he had friends they would be competitive and want to push him out of his shell but his low self worth doesn't feel it can deal with confident friends like that so he chooses not to hang out with them as that is the sort of friends he would attract; the sort that will push him out of his comfort zone and push him to gain confidence in himself but paradoxically been around such friends makes him feel more inadequate perhaps so he prefers not to have them.

His self esteem hurts his masculinity and he probably sees his male acquaintances as threats who in turn make him feel more inadequate.

7th house ruler(Sun)in 8th. Keeps associations and partnerships private,keeps close relations private.Prefers very close intimate partnerships

So many planets packed in the 7th also suggest that one struggles with the issues of this house;partnerships,marriage,close relations.

On the one hand, one fears being consumed by partnerships of any kind and may resist forming ties.There is a defense in forming ties and a marked resistance.

This is further stressed by the Pluto conjunct Uranus-psychological independence and a stubborn hold to one's own view of how ones life should be lived.Regardless of other people's opinions.

I have observed this stellium firsthand. The individual complains that the relationships takes up so much of their energy that they lose their own identity. It is easier to be a loner. However, upon closer inspection, I observed that, when involved in a relationship, the individual obsesses upon that relationship to the point wherein he or she loses perspective, becoming oblivious to anyone or anything else. A friend with such a stellium visited the United States. He stayed in Baltimore for 2 weeks and then he stayed with me. When he was with me, he forgot all about his friends in Baltimore. And, when he left to stay with one of my students, he became oblivious to me and certain obligations that he had to me. He focused in on the person he was with and lost sight of everything else. If I had not seen this myself, I never would have understood this phenomena. A very independent friend with such a stellium would always lose herself in a relationship, devoting all of her energies to what the partner needed without regard for her own needs To end this obsession, she would just run away from the relationship."

He in addition he has this a stellium enclosed in his intercepted virgo in the 7th house. Interceptions are karmic and have a sense of urgency that it needs to be dealt with in this life so the issues revolving around the 7th house and his 1st house he will resolve in this life, it will just take a while.
