What do you make of this aspect in synastry?

An isolated aspect in Draco is hard to evaluate.

To me, Draco (in synastry) is how your destinies are intertwined and if they are, especially in a natal to Draco comparison. You can see there how one's natal is part of the other's destiny and the role he/she plays.
