Topic: Two Grand water trines in composite? Wierd or what?

Hi, you guys,I have this really close friend, a guy, with whom I have the weirdest relationship. Some time after we met, we kissed, and it wasn't cool, because he, at that time, had a girlfriend, so we didn't speak about what happened, but we became soooo close. Like a couple close, but friends. We are always around each other and talk about everything.
The problem is I seem to scare him, that's the feeling I get when things get more than friendly.
Here is what our composite looks like

I don't know what to think, because I hoped that somehow his Psyche conjunct my Sun would bring more unconventional communication.

Hi,Personally, I don't work with equal houses. I can take a look if you post a Placidus chart. But I can tell the trines are too wide to be connected in a Grand Trine, for a composite. There is a trine between Mercury/Jupiter and one between Mars/Pluto. IP: Logged |

Hey, Leeloo,So, it isn't a Grand Trine? Why don't you use whole houses? Is there a problem with them? An experienced astrologer once told me that she's keen on using them, so that's why I switched. Here's the placidus.

It doesn't look too bad. 5th house (romance) ruler in 7th, Juno on DSC.
You both have Moon/Uranus, so Moon Uranus contacted here. Uranus rules 3rd, conjunct ASC and Venus in the 9th, opposing Jupiter chart ruler, also the Sun in the 11th - Sun in 11th can be very romantic, but all these connected with Sun ruling 9th make me think that maybe this is more friendship than romance.
You also have Venus square Saturn, it can be either very dis-connective or very connective, but I worry a bit because he has no major Saturn in his chart. How does the synastry look? IP: Logged |

Hey,Leeloo, I looked at his Saturn and I see a lot of aspects in his natal. He has some trouble with Saturn squaring his Sun and opposing his Mc.
In synastry he drives me mad with his retrograde Mars conjunct my moon in my 1st house overlaying his 7th.. His Sun falls in my 7th house conjunct my Mars.
It looks good, I think, when it comes to Vertex, Eros, Psyche.

IMO, there is a lot of attraction in this synastry (especially physical). Some of the aspects can play or or in the long run. His Mercury a bit unaspected and as ruler of the 12th house, he may not feel enoucraged to be very open in the relationship.IP: Logged |

Leeloo, you're funny! Now I'm gonna "investigate" my natal Saturn.
Thanks for the insight, it's helpful, especially since I can feel play out the things you mentioned. I felt he had trouble initiating, but I thought that was his rx Mars.
