Pluto conjunct IC 1° in synastry. What does Pluto feel?
I know when my Pluto has been that tight on someone's AC or DC, I've always felt deeply drawn to the angle person. My Pluto always felt their angle hitting it.

When it comes to Pluto on the IC, though, all I keep finding are descriptions of how it feels to the IC angle person. They sound like Pluto doesn't feel it at all, but I know Pluto feels it when angles hit it because I've felt it.

I'm the IC, and for me, the Pluto person hitting my IC felt like a 10.0 on the Richter scale Earthquake shaking the foundations of my soul. Everything I ever thought or felt about myself was shaken, torn down, burned up, and transformed... Like Pluto is prone to do. How does Pluto feel about the IC, though.

Anyone familiar with this one?

ANYTHING hitting the IC is felt rather intensely. Anything. Especially if it's a tight orb.

Getting PLUTO to 'feel' all on its own, however, is always a challenge, even if paradoxical. Unless activated by a light or personal planet in tight conjunction, PLUTO honestly has 'better things' with which to busy itself.

So we'd have to look at PLUTO's natal position before gauging how it's being affected synastrically.

You're very right about the powerful effect it has on the IC. His Pluto is conjunct my IC by 1°, and he triggered a metamorphosis in me at the very deepest levels. It was like being spiritually nuked.

What I'm curious about, though, is how are things through Pluto's eyes. I've read some that say it acts like Moon-Pluto, but nothing definitive.

In the synastry, Pluto is his 2nd HR and rules his Juno and Neptune. His 7th Ruler Mars is in his 8th, though, and trines the Pluto-IC conjunction 0°. The Pluto-IC conjunction is part of a kite formation. His Moon is also opp. his Pluto. His Ceres is next to his Pluto on my IC too, but not 1° like his Pluto.

Here's the chart:

Someone´s Virgo Pluto is exactly on my IC and I can only second everything that has been told here, he triggered an earthquake in me.

My stepdaughter's PLUTO is on my IC, 1º, which is exactly conjunct her MC, so, very prominent.

She's certainly transformed my home life -- by giving me a family of my own. But I wouldn't call it an earthquake. I'd say my Twin caused that. Only his URA is close to my IC, though, but 6º away -- far, considering. 4H side.

I've never experienced this myself, but going by intuition I feel that Pluto has laser insights into what the IC person needs to transform. Pluto inherently understands IC's weaknesses and old thinking patterns that need to be transformed. Pluto allows IC to transform but IC may resist since the transformations can revolve around habits and beliefs he/she has carried since childhood. Domestic matters will be on the forefront.

Both my son's have their Pluto on my IC. One is quite wide - 5°, whilst the other's is exact. Certainly, their role in my life generated a new idea of myself.

As Sweet Scorpion said, a focus on the domestic/ home side.
