Topic: Sekhmet conjunct Pythia 0° DW - any interpretations?

I'm not sure how to interpret this. There is a Double Whammy 0° Sekhmet-Pythia conjunction in synastry.One is his 8th house Pythia/ my 11th house Sekhmet
One is my 4th house Pythia/ his 12th house Sekhmet In the Composite, they conj. 0° in Leo 5 I found much information which described Sekhmet as being like Pluto, and saying she is the Egyptian version of Kaali. Pythia was linked to psychic powers and a trance like state or feeling of drugged drunkenness. There was lots of info on them separately, but I can't make out what a 0° DW in those houses could mean.
Would someone be willing to try to interpret it? Here's the synastry:

WH, this could imply that you were together in a past life in Egypt, where you might have worked as oracles or were occultists.Do you have any prominent Egyptian asteroids in your draconic? IP: Logged |

In the Couple's Chart there's an Isis-Osiris conjunction on the Sun.Isis - 18°16'
Sun - 19°46
Osiris - 22°40' There are some Egyptian asteroid links in the synastry, but I never thought of it as a theme. The main Theme really in our synastry is a physical, spiritual, and psychic transformation theme. I can see how Sekhmet and Pythia fit into our synastry individually, but I can't figure out what a conjunction of them with one another would indicate, especially with it being a DW.

Huh, that's interesting. Normally, I wouldn't count a 5° conjunction of two asteroids, but it's intriguing the SUN is there. I'd say ISIS is clearly conjunct the SUN, but it's too far from OSIRIS; the SUN is 4° from OSIRIS, too. Sometimes the light can carry and create a kind of faux conjunction by stellium. If there's a parallel, however, I'd give it more strength. Otherwise, it's a near conjunction. One thing that IS present is SUN=ISIS/OSIRIS, 1° -- so that's something. A Midpoint link, rather than a conjunction. I haven't studied those as I have the conjunction. Hazarding a guess, I'd say the SUN=ISIS/OSIRIS shows how the core identity of the relationship is linked to an integration of divine masculine and feminine. Definitely a Soulmate marker. The way ISIS and OSIRIS are positioned natally and interacting synastrically can reveal strong clues there. As to theme, I don't mean in general, but astrologically. Do you know what the theme is in astrological terms? Do certain signs predominate with certain planetary energies? Are some particular asteroids significantly configured? These will reveal a theme. My guess, with PYTHIA and SEKHMET, that there's an Egyptian karmic linkage. IP: Logged |
