I have this with a guy, Adonis is in Libra retrograde in the 10th house and it makes an
exact conjunction to the midheaven. What would
this mean? Uranus is also conjunct Adonis in the 10th house and sextiles the Sun in the 8th house.

There is an intense mutual admiration/attraction between you. Depending on the nature of Uranus in the chart, it can be short-lived or not (Uranus energy sometimes fades away as sudden as it started).
