Does this angle count in synastry? what are the effects like? I have this at 0 degrees with someone but never paid attention to it as i considered it a minor angle? IP: Logged |

I personally never pay attention to the minor aspects regarding the NODES, either. Only if it's very tightly configured and thematic with aspects by declination -- I MIGHT. Otherwise, it seems too minor.IP: Logged |

I do think it has some relevance. I have the same in the synastry. His Venus in exact semisquare to my NN, Neptune and Jupiter. Jupiter is quaring NN and Neptune natally for me, so his Venus additionally ends up on my Jupiter/NN and Juppiter/Neptune-midpoint. Also my Moon and Venus are novile each other, and his Venus is ALSO on my Moon/Venus-midpoint. It sure seems like a lot of energy is crystallizing or manifesting through his Venus, even though on superficial glance nothing really big happens in relation to his Venus. The crystallization there is too multilayered for me though to simply ignroe it (oh his Venus is also septile my Mars and Juno, also cming together with a midpoint picture. so his Venus= my Jupiter/Neptune (natal square) my Jupiter/NN (natal squre) my Moon/Venus (natal novile) my Mars/Juno (natal biseptile)
Sure, there are a lot of minor aspects in there, but it still seems to much piling up on his poor Venus (and Juno, as a matter of fact, as they are opposite each other for him natally), I would feel like forcibly turning a blind eye NOT noticing it.
However had it been ONLY an isolated semisqurae to the nodes, I might not pay that much attention.

In my synastry, my Venus quindecille his North Node exact ( 0 degree orb). I know Noel Tyle uses this aspect exclusively along with conj., opposition and square, but i wonder if it really should be considered..Also, a Yod - my Sun/South Node inconjuncts his North Node, 0 degree orb, along with my Jupiter in quincunx to his North Node, the two at the base of a Yod and his North Node at the apex. Wow, his North node receives a lot from me. But its all strange aspects - a quindecile from Venus and a Yod. You think its going to be felt? IP: Logged |

THAT's why. It's a resonance. IP: Logged |

Yes, I think so. It is not just an ordinary semisquare, it is embedded. I suppose it would appear in the 8th harmonic as conjunction then. EDIT: LOL
actually he has a stellium of Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, Mars in the 8th, which overlays my stellium of Ceres, Neptune, NN, Jupiter in the 8th. So yes.

Would you consider a loose/wide major aspect to Node more important and influential than a precise minor one then? Like, a 7-8 degrees conjunction or a 5 degrees square vs a 0 degrees semisquare or a 0 degrees semisextile?IP: Logged |
