- My Nessus is on his Venus-Mars Midpoint 0° @ Gemini 21

So, both of these conjunctions are on the Solstice Point/ Antiscia of one another.

Does anybody have any idea how to interpret this?

That should be the main point in your relationship, themes of abuse, domination, sexual control, taboo, primal urges...

I think his Nessus on your Nept/Moon mp 0° could cause either you, him, or both of you to feel compulsively drawn to the emotional empathy and psychic sensitivity to one another. At the same time, though, you would be fearful of it and afraid of how vulnerable it makes you feel.

I'm still not clear if it would be the Nessus person or the midpoint person feeling most of the energy. I know it's frequently said that the planet person doesn't feel the effect, only the midpoint person does. I used to think that, too. The more I've studied it, though, and checked synastries... the more I'm convinced the planet person can feel the midpoint, also.
When my planets fall on someone's midpoints at 2° or less, I can feel the energy of their midpoint with my planet. It's like the energy of both the planets that comprise their midpoint are triggering my planet that hits that midpoint.
