For want of a better term. A break up chart sounded awful.Do these things exist? Given Leeloo's interpretations with FM charts, I thought it would be possible to see how an event chart for the time when we decided to separate impacted both of us. Well, I know how it impacted me, but am concerned on how I might cope (composite) in the future. And how was he affected? We were outwardly calm and accepting, and hoping to stay in touch. No lack of emotion though - Moon in 1st, Sun, Valentine and Amor conjunct. Saturn quincunx Uranus is supposed to imply a paradox - an attempt to resolve difficulties that fails. Oh dear! Event chart Event and him Event and me - for comparison purposes Composite with my natal Such a sorry topic! Astrology, at least provides a way, real or imagined, of dealing with issues. Provides tools to cope. IP: Logged |

I am so sorry, Astro Keen Is this something you want (the separation) or you were somehow compelled to? IP: Logged |

Thank you for your kind words LeeLoo. We've known each other for 3 years; live a short flight away; few meetings. Much unrealised potential and no resolution in sight, which I find very difficult - always waiting to unite. The decision was mine (have been here before) - we both accept the situation won't improve because of his work, so best to part. Romantically, at least. The deep attachment is going to make this very hard.IP: Logged |

Looking at his chart:of course, the first thing I notice is his Saturn making a Yod with the Moon/Mercury sextile, on his Vertex axis. One can say the woman proposed a discussion, and Saturn rules his 3rd house. Moon falls in his partnership house ( a partner, a woman) and Mercury in his 9th - leaving, long-distance etc. Sun of the event also falls in his 9th. Him being Saturn at the apex however, he becomes a deciding factor in the event. His natal Moon/Chiron (the emotional part of the event for him) is conjunct Psyche - it was felt in the soul, square event Saturn and sesquisquare event Venus. Saturn was probably harsh here, separative, it rules event MC, it falls on his NN, like a restriction and in his 1st. Perhaps he felt criticized in his personal approach? Venus of the event (DSC ruler, but also an intercepted planet) and his Moon - was he taken by surprise?
I'll continue. ------------------
I seem to have loved you in numberless forms... IP: Logged |

Yes, it was a surprise, or the fact that I had come to a decision rather than simply airing discontent. But this has been discussed in the past . Admittedly, it would have hurt me had I been in his place. Although, only difficult circumstances were blamed. Your insights are very helpful. Many people become accustomed to distant relationships and continue to live in hope of circumctances changing. I don't wish to anymore. IP: Logged |

Randall, thank you for your concern. I asked my questions in the'Predictive Love Charts' thread, where I should have in the first instance. LeeLoo has been very helpful.IP: Logged |
