What makes for that? Aspects, placements?

There is this man, he is slightly older than me, i am really fascinated by him. He is sort of my distant colleague, we have talked several times. His publications fascinate me, the fact that he is such a man of honor fascinates me, and so much else. I don't feel anything else, like attraction or anything, it's just this fascination by his personality, and admiration of some sort.

I took a look on our synastry, and it is really not a big deal. The only thing that stands out, is his NN exactly on my Sun! Could it be that? Or what?

BTW - his TOB is not known.

Your experiences with fascination in synastry?

How about Neptune?
Neptune-Venus and Neptune-Sun contacts, for example.

Is your TOB known? From you mentioning his NN I see he's Red in the synastry chart, then his Neptune falls into your 1st house.
