Maternal grandmother. Her Saturn directly conjunct my Venus. Her Sun in my 12th conjunct my Pluto. Her Moon in my 8th quincunx my Neptune. Her Pluto sq. my Pluto. Her Mercury square my Mars.

Very often, she inspires an intense annoyance and even rage in me, bringing out my hidden aggressions...Never has anyone in my life made me feel so angry that I could become violent and slap or hit the other person. She is controlling of me and tries to convince me to only have a relationship with her and no one else in our family. She is totally deluded about our relationship and is very manipulative toward me! She is the worst grandmother...I feel very unlucky to have her in my family, all she has ever done is caused me pain and brought out a horrible side of me. She has tried to turn me against other family members, particularly my mother. I can't take her emotional abuse anymore. I am not going to have close contact with her for a long time.

Strangely enough, nothing special.

I also tested a synastry with a person who was very unpleasant to me physically for no reason. I didn't hate their personality at all, but the thought of touching them was eww, even though objectively speaking there was nothing at all unattractive about them, quite the opposite. I was amazed to discover Mars sextile Mars, Mars sextile Venus and Venus sextile Jupiter *and* Jupiter sextile Jupiter in our synastry. There were basically only 2 problematic aspects: their Moon square my Sun and their Saturn square my Moon, but I've never heard about either of those being able to inspire physical unpleasantness.

they had a stellium in their sign and i had a stellium in mine and the two signs just didn't mix well with that amount of energy behind each person.

This person is a coworker.... She's on the left

Aries moon opposite pluto (Very tight!)
Aqua sun opposite Leo Saturn
Cap Venus square Pluto
Scorpio Mars conjunct Uranus
Mc conjunct Uranus
Moon opposite asc
Uranus square asc
Venus square asc

My sun AND moon with no majors (No conjunction, trine, sextile, or opposite)

EVEN when she's attempting to be nice to me, which she does occasionally, it irritates me. I'd rather her be gone than to be anywhere even near me.
If I was a different sort of person I could easily lynch her @$$ out in the parking lot.
I try to stay away from her so that I don't go off on her. She just gets me in all the wrong places... big time. I can't stand her one bit.

There's another who I know is a Sag, but I'm not COMPLETELY sure what year she was born. She doesn't get on my nerves like the other woman but she's by FAR much more cranky. Holy moly.... but I just blow her off. I don't even respond.

Yes there is only one person in my life who i have not bee able to stand and we have had very strong conflicts. With that person what made the strongest impression:

unaspected sun from my part
from both sides unaspected mercuries
her moon was unaspected by any of my planets
my moon was in trine with her sun
her pluto and her jupiter square my mars
my uranus square her mars.

Both of our saturns are unaspected.
