I met someone last week that I had an instant attraction with. He walked into the room and we instantly locked eyes. But I've been In and out of a very toxic relationship for 7 years so I'm finding it hard to trust my own instincts right now.Within days he's told me he thinks we've been together in past lives. I never mentioned anything like that to him yet. I want to be cautious and take it slowly. I'm scared of how strongly I already feel for him. Anyway, can anyone please tell me what you see in our synastry. I'm the blue one IP: Logged |

I think you need to post the chart without "aspect lines to all". It's impossible to read with so many lines.------------------

Not the best of synastries, to be honest, at least not for an established relationship.------------------

Incidentally, if you're going off SUN conjunct URA, my husband and I have that, exact. But it's also his 7R. Curiously, my URA quincunxes his SUN, exact. Not sure what that means. IP: Logged |

Well that's short and to the point so thanks. Could you go into more detail if you have time? Or anyone else that could shed some light on why this "not the best of synastries"

why is that bizarre? it is like instant friendship because they are so outwardly similar, they would sense that similarity right off and perhaps mistake it for romantic feelings. i'm not a fan of sun-sun conjunct for romances but it leads to a very instant friendship in most cases. the synastry isn't awful, but for romance there is a lot missing. you definitely have the makings of a nice friendship here... your mercury signs and sun signs are in great position to one another, which should make conversation easy. and the Venus sign so close to the ASC is going to make him really like you (physically) so if he compliments your looks and says you're gorgeous, etc. that is genuine and he means it. does that equate to love and romance? i don't see it and i don't see any 'past-life' stuff either, that might be a nice pick-up line :-) the 9th/10th/11th house overlays also suggest perhaps this is a partner to learn from, whether through education, business, culture, etc. the 12th house stuff can also lead to some instant recognition, so perhaps that is what he sensed too. I'm sorry, I was perhaps blunt. Quite a challenge on how to tell you don't think it's a good synastry. I'm still working on this one Let's say this synastry has some focal attraction points, like Sun/Sun (as Indigo pointed out) and Venus on angles, which make people feel they are being drawn to each other. But behind this, they are not each other's type for a long-term romantic relationship. They can be friends, however. But because you said you just had a separation and you feel vulnerable, I thought it's not a good thing to raise high hopes with this synastry if a long-term relationship with someone suitable for you is what you seek But if you want to know various people and just experience life, go with it. It all depends on what you're up to ------------------ I seem to have loved you in numberless forms... IP: Logged |

Yeah, I see the great attraction like venus conj. asc & and moon on the 12th house cusp and I see the lack of being each other types but, leeloo, can heartsong get out that quickly? I mean node conj. desc is powerful.... IP: Logged |

Yes, indeed, but I think this could show any kind of strong partnership, like a good friendship.

I don't think she would feel really comfortable around him with her moon being hit hard by his Uranus (and if you count wide degrees it's also being hit hard by Saturn and Neptune) and venus square venus does not help to overcome that. I even would ban a friendship IP: Logged |

Thanks to everyone for that insight.I had a little voice inside me tell me he was using a few pick up lines. And LeeLoo you're right I feel vulnerable right now and don't want anyone taking advantage of that. Enneline, I noticed the NN DC conjunction too Thanks for your honesty. I feel really disappointed because I thought there was something real between us. But I'm glad you gave me some insight and confirmed my worries. A aargh just want to meet the right person IP: Logged |
