Hey everyone,

I wonder what can be seen in this chart as far as obsession goes. This is the chart of myself and my ex-wife. I am the blue, she is the red. What can you see?

Through bizarre unforeseen circumstances last year, we are filing for divorce. She claimed many times she did not want to, but her actions before and after leaving suggest otherwise. Many times she said down the track we may be together again. We are currently going through court because of claims she has made, and I've not looked her in the eyes for some time. Her eyes are my kryptonite.

I am sure she thinks about me, but to what extent? I know I think about her a lot. I have read a lot about Pluto/Venus synastry and it applies for us.

Mars in Scorpio (very strong placement) in opposition to Venus in taurus (very strong placement). I see very masculine to very feminine energy, extremely strong attraction. So this might be the obsessive element?

Her moon on your descendant.
Sun trine your sun/moon conj.
Both very good. I think that planets directly on descendant can be sing also of obsession, because you see this person as your perfect mate (this is what is happening to me currently).

I do not see any pluto/venus though?

Her Pluto square my Venus. Apparently lends to some hard obsession and/or passionate sexuality. I guess I'm wondering if she really thinks about me, although I think I know the answer. I wonder how deep the feelings.

She had surgery done. It has taken a huge toll on her life, as well as mine.

I agree with her moon conjunct my DSC I can't help but wonder what might have been. I read a long thread on here about a woman that had a child with a man with Pluto/Venus in synastry. She still feels him. I wonder if I'll ever stop the feelings for this woman.

She is also the one and only ex that I don't hate. I have tried to hate her. I think the MiS is like that. When it's over it's over. I just can't imagine being with anyone else.

I think you have some powerful aspects, including strong saturian ones, so this bond is very hard to break.

On the other hand your wife has pretty intense placements. Sun in aries, venus in Taurus, Pluto on her descendant opposing her venus. Pretty intense person.

On the third hand, I know a story such as yours, it is a story of an ex of mine, his wife left him after a life threatening disease and surgery, she did not feel he was there for her during this time. This made him change completely his life and his priorities, his values and basically made him become a "better person", although a crazy one I must say .
As for Pluto Venus square I have this aspect with someone in 0 degrees orbit. I am the venus and I can say I am pretty obsessed with this person, but not in a good way. I want him off my case and learn how to deal with him. He as Pluto also seems obsessed with me in a much more controlling way, but I think that if moons are not involved this by itself does not bring any love.

You cannot hate someone whose sun trines yous sun/moon conjunction, whose venus is in your first house opposing your mars in scorpio, someone whose moon is on your desc

I read on here someone said they define obsession as something you will always love but cannot have, not so much a scary stalker type of thing. That's how I feel about her.

I've told the story on here before, but she had her stomach removed in August 2013, lost 70kg by March 2014, and walked out. She said she didn't know who she was anymore and she was leaving. She's gone on to lose another 20kg - 90kg in total. I don't know who she is anymore.

I can't help but think if she didn't do this, we would still be together.

I agree with what you say about the guy becoming a better person. I have broken bad habits since she left, and definitely have improved my lifestyle. I've met some good people that have helped me, and started investing my time a lot more wisely. But I do miss her, and I wonder what she's up to all the time. I wonder if she wonder's what I'm doing.... I think she probably does.

Can you see how she would feel about me from the chart? Or what she would think about?

Hey ...a lot of relationships fall apart when people do gastric bypass, not sure why. Perhaps the changed person wants to experience life she never had the chance to experience before.

I don't know about that. My ex-wife was the most wined and dined woman you ever met. I gave her everything and more. Her wedding ring set was something you would see on royalty. I taught her how to run a business, and opened her 2 salon's. She had the best car money could buy. She had a house to live in, new clothes, anything and everything she wanted.

As well as that, now that she is " skinny ", she hates it. She feels every bump, knock, etc. It's uncomfortable for her to walk, lie in bed, etc. She has no strength. She used to feel beautiful and she was very much so. Now, she doesn't like how she looks. I guess it takes time to adjust. Something her and I could not handle. I know she regrets her surgery, as do I.

She changed. Her mind was different. At 3 months I told her she needed to get help. She refused. She has lost 65% of her total bodyweight in 10 months. That in itself says a lot. For 25 years she looked in the mirror at who she was, in the space of 6 months, she was a stranger to herself as well as me. You can't expect a person to be normal after what she has gone through.

Hey it is a drastic change, perhaps it makes sense to look at the progressive charts? I love how you love your wife

I don't know much about progressive charts. I don't know what they mean.

I don't wanna say I still love her. Or maybe I do but I'm not in love with her. I thought we would lie in the old persons home together she was special.

I'm curious but how drastic was the weight change? Was she slightly chubby and turned into more like underweight type of body? Are you not attracted to skinny women?

^ not judging at all but genuinely curious

I think it's the pluto conjunct saturn.

Saturn is commitment.

Pluto is obsession.

Your saturn is with her pluto conjunct so I think this makes sense. x

I think this woman is very attractive since she has ascendant taurus with venus in the first house. taurus ascendant can give a bit "large bone" appearance but never the less very attractive and feminine.

I also have noticed that men with some taurus placements prefer larger women, also men with some cancerous placements prefer curvier women. But not sure about Dave, since he does nto have any of those...

She has Italian blood in her and her dad would yo-yo with weight just like she did. It was nothing for her to gain 4-5kg in a week.

After the wedding (November 2012), she put on a fair bit of weight. Her surgery happened in August 2013. I have pictures of it all, but won't post them. I don't like looking at them myself.

In March (2014) when she left, she was 70kg. We would be in bed and I would cuddle her. She was skin and bone. Her ribs were exposed. Her hips were exposed. You could visibly see her backbone. At 70kg, she looked terribly under nourished and sick. When I see her now, she looks like a long time drug user, or someone that is battling cancer. It's the saddest thing I've ever seen, and I feel very sorry for her.

Thanks. I looked at Saturn but wasn't really sure what it meant as it's not really personal (or so I thought).

I believe in my heart she will never stop loving me. I think she feels and thinks the same as me - wondering what might have been if she didn't have the surgery.

When I met her, she weighed about 85-90kg and I know that sounds like a lot, but she was the most beautiful woman I ever saw. She had men go gaga over her. They would cross the street and beg for her attention. She is broad shouldered, and she had very large cleavage. She was very beautiful.

I personally am not a fan of skinny. I would take solid over skinny any day.

Nope, I understand. My mom was a heavy woman too (even heavier) and she had a LOT of attention from men. She still does at 50.

Are you in Europe? If so, which part?
