I recently saw this in a celebrity synastry exploration of Mia's. I honestly hadn't realised I've got it in my own synastry, until I thought of the VERTEX conjunct NYMPHE we also have. I frankly should be thinking more about his VERTEX; it's rather involved in our synastry: square my SUN, PRIAPUS, his BML, on my NYMPHE/NESSUS.

What's been everyone's experience with VERTEX conjunct NESSUS in synastry?

It's been my understanding that the point which conjoins VERTEX will colour the dynamics of the interaction; it tends to reveal a lot about its nature.

In your experiences, how do the VERTEX and NESSUS behave synastrically?

She was very abusive to me, I was obsessed with her for I wanted to probe for more information and to expose her to the world for the dark deeds she did, she made hateful pages about me and said very horrible things - she ended up stalking me too. thats a dark chapter, but she was the main manipulator and liar and I wanted to expose her for it. I only got in the mess

Her Eros-Nessus square my Pluto-Quaoar, my Nessus square her Psyche, her Priapus conjunct my Ascendant, her Chiron conjunct my Venus, her Nemesis conjunct Descendant, my Pluto opposite her Dejanira.

Huh. PRIAPUS conjunct ASC.

To me, I'd think a less evolved individual would react with fear and lash out at ASC, being afraid of what they represent, or seem to present to them.

PRIAPUS is such a tender-point. If someone is contacting it with something, and the PRIAPUS individual feels threatened, they can do everything from attacking (seeing it as retaliation) to disengaging entirely. Just throwing up a wall.
