Depends upon orb. If we're talking exact, there might be some relevance -- or if it's part of a larger configuration.

I personally have my PLUTO opposite his MOON, 0º30. It's forced us to keep very honest, (see: brutally honest) communication -- especially regarding intimacy.

BTW, I just realised, my therapist's PLUTO is square my MOON exactly. Same with my first photographer.

Both of these men have, in their way, helped me find myself -- re-access my sexuality and gain greater confidence. The photographer, back when I used to model for him with my friends in college, who became a good friend over the years. His wife has been oddly instrumental in helping me out in a few areas.

My therapist, well, obviously, has helped me to become who I am; a big part of that was working through PTSD, severe anxiety, and healing from sexual abuse.

Sounds pretty MOON-PLUTO to me!

0.20 - 1 orb

Thanks for your response INDIGO!
It's interesting yours work out this way, mine only worked out at the guy trying to inflict sexual abuse and pain on to me and being an obsessive creep. His Pluto came from the 6th and my Moon was hugging on my IC.

Is this a loose square or one involved in a cross or other close structure?

What are the aspects to that Moon in the natal?

It's more loose, the Pluto squares Moon then the Moon quincunx his Neptune - then it ends there.

Moon is on the IC, in Taurus, 3rd house, sq Uranus, semisquare Venus

So I guess there's also a Pluto/Uranus conjunction?

To be honest, I can't judge ONE aspect. But generally, Moon square Pluto is an aspect of intense compulsive emotional attraction/dependency/fascination/need to posses (by the Pluto guy) and control the Moon which can also turn into intense hate, under certain circumstances. A "playing with fire" aspect Uranus there would enhance that in an erratic way.

speaking of orbs
I understand tighter the orb, stronger it is
but at what point do you consider it strong?
below 2? below 4?

Below 2 degree is very powerful, but below 4 degrees is still very reasonably strong.

I've got this aspect with someone right now, it's driving me nuts. But there's a few things going on in our chart. Who would you say feels more intensity the Moon or Pluto? Any opinions?

My sis had it with her ex... she was Pluto squaring his moon. They divorced bc of mutual mistrust (had Sun-Neptune hard aspect DW). She is still crazy about him 2 yrs later and finds it extremely hard to move on.

They were both obsessed w each other though...

I hear you jjj, with this guy he's the Pluto, I'm the Moon. I've got what I'd call a heavy Plutonian vibe about me though so I'm not sure if that's my natural state of existence: intense and compulsive.

He gets easily hurt when I don't acknowledge him immediately or what have you. And he is always trying to engage me in convo even when I'm busy (he's a colleague). I think he can tell I avoid him at times, and he kind of sulks. But dammit I can't spend my whole day with him! lol

I read that the pluto person is the one who feel it worse, who can never fully recover.

Have you ever experienced it yourself Marandana? I'm the moon in this case and I'm wildly obsessed with him (at times)
