Progressed composites can actually be interesting with timings. This is again more or less loose orbs and perhaps not currently exact hits to someone's natal NN (falling on the regular composite DC-Moon) but whenever there are hits to any spot in natals or the regular composite, or perhaps even the people's own progressed charts, I do take notice. What you compare it to informs how to take it, with something hitting a spot that's only (or more so) active in your own chart presumably making that more of a thing at your end than the other person's. If it hits the regular composite, I imagine something in the progressed chart is influencing or working with the dynamics of the couple as they otherwise are?
Case in point:
Regular/tropical composite
ASC 13 Leo
Moon-Lust 14 Aquarius
Valentine-Jupiter 10 Aqua
Eros 17.04 Virgo
All on the man's 14 Aqua-Leo NN-SN angle, woman's Valentine sextile from 14 Sag.
Progressed composite:
ASC-Karma 9.37 + 9.13 Virgo
Moon 14.13 Leo
Valentine 15.02 Aqua
Vertex 15.49 Aqua
Lust 15.50 Aqua
Jupiter 9.35 R Aqua
Psyche 15.29 Can
Sun 16.58 Virgo
Eros 17.54 Libra
Union 28.37 Scorpio
MC 29.36 Taurus
NN 3.43 Capricorn
Lilith 2.47 Capricorn
Saturn 3.27 Cancer
This is people with a first meeting 11 years earlier, meeting each other again a few weeks ago with the progressed composite having interesting things at interesting places. I imagine there's something with karma of some sorts somewhere as well with the Karma-ASC and Saturn-SN, old things to clear one way or another, but it's lovely to reconnect in any case.
As to you, I imagine that Sun-Saturn as well as Vesta's aforementioned devotion both tie to lasting contacts or something, but how it features I couldn't say. I think they say some Saturn contacts featured even long separations during the colder periods, but with more of a contact being there nonetheless since it's Saturn. Sun-Saturn seems very patriarchal energy so perhaps more descriptive of the male, my not knowing what the Moon-side does or if there is any contact to that in the composite.
