And things like....
2) Both wanting to have the other person on the phone even if they are not talking both just doing there own thing but need to know the other person is right there, hanging up feels painful.

3) Both feeling they fell in love at first sight....and willingness to express that's what they felt very quickly.

In synastry there is not a lot of contact to the AC, but there is a lot of 1st house activity...in her 1st his Pluto/her Venus exact conjunct by minutes. Composite NN is also conjunct by minutes, comp Pluto conjunct by 3 degrees.
His 7th house Venus and comp 5th house Sun are conjunct and both square their Pluto/Venus/NN conjunction exact....could that cause physical the physical pain?

I'm wondering if it's more of this though.....

His AC cancer@2.49 conjunct her Mars gem@29.33 and her Nessus cancer@2.24...trine his Sun pisces@2.47 grand trine with her Uranus scorp@4.44
Comp Dejanira gem@28.47.....odd aspect his Adonis cap@3.24 opposed her Nessus.

Or could it be a longing or fear of losing of losing a guiding light that has helped in becoming aware of a lacking in the structure she needs in order to follow her NN...her NN is conjunct his Vertex/Uranus and their comp AC/Saturn conjunction squares all.

There is alot of Dejanira synastry...his Dejanira is on her Anubis by 1 degree, on her DC by 5 degree, on her Jupiter by 3 degree, exact trine her Neptune and opposed her Pluto exact.
Actually there is a tight grand cross including her libra Pluto and cap Eros/Valentine/IC with his aries Dejanira and cancer Nessus this falls on all of her angles.

Her Dejanira/Moon on his Angel/Valentine/IC/NN ....also her Pallas/Vesta/Klotho on his MC/SN

Well Psyche-Dejanira indicates extreme vulnerability rooted with his lovers, that in romance that he must show all of his fears and weakness to feel comfortable with them, but it's tightly guarded for it's in Cancer - but since it's water deeply emotional and nurturing too, a feminine aspect.
Conjunct Sun-Apollo-Diana would give me control over him, like he would idolize me and I would nurture his weakness.
